#amandaleebride | Natalie & Clinton

If you’ve always loved a wedding helming a fresh and elegant theme in mind, you’re going to fall in love with Natalie and Clinton’s wedding day. Held over two days starting with a beautiful holy matrimony last July, and a glamorous wedding reception 2 held months later, Natalie and Clinton’s wedding celebration held onto traditions with a modern touch.

Natalie’s bridal look is completed with a bespoke fully embellished A-line gown, and for a touch of “something borrowed”- the bride’s mother’s wedding veil from 30 years ago.

Blooms of reds with autumn hues were chosen for the church ceremony to compliment the beautiful stained glasses, adding pops of bold accents to the traditional ceremony.

The John Jacob ballroom at St. Regis was transformed into a contemporary fairytale look with hues of pinks and greens accent lining up the aisles and stage.

Donning two bespoke gowns for the wedding celebration, Natalie worked with Miah Tay, our Senior Designer, to create her dream looks suited for day and night.

Initially for the evening gown I was keen to do a mermaid style but was worried about how the shape would look on my body as I’m not very confident about my curves and hips. But Miah encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and he created the gown of my dreams! I was so in love with this evening gown as it had everything that I wanted and more!

With Covid restrictions in place, Natalie and Clinton were more than delighted to finally catch up with their loved ones after a long while of being apart. She also shared with other brides-to-be on the importance of planning in advance, and taking in advise from various vendors.

Start conceptualizing early! Having a clear picture of how you’d like your wedding to look will really help with ironing out the details during the process. We had a Pinterest board where we pinned photos from our wedding venue designs to wedding gowns to suits and even hairstyles and invites! Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, following the advice of my vendors during the wedding turned out to be the best decision we made!

Congratulations Natalie and Clinton! Wishing both of you a very blessed and blissful marriage!
